An age such as ours, characterized with economic changes, unstable world markets, constant growth and development in technology would consequently lead to an escalating competition between the companies on both the local and international levels.  In order for the companies to maintain their presence in such highly competing atmospheres it was necessary to match these new changes through developing their management systems using the latest technologies, in addition to improving the quality of their products as well as their customer support.   All of this called for increasing the qualifications of the work groups and elevating the level of their knowledge whilst providing them with the skills needed to perform their tasks skillfully and effectively through proper training courses.
