Leaders Qualification Program – Skills of Modern Leadership for Organizations

The escalating challenges that are faced by managers in their organizations and in the jobs that they supervise have led a lot of us to reconsider the importance of leadership as a main axis in facing such challenges and thriving towards better knowledge and skills.  From here comes our invitation to all those who care to know about modern leadership to join our leaders qualification program.

Program Goals :
This program was designed to service managers and officials in various business domains (commerce, industry and services) whether in single ownership companies or medium-sized companies or large ones.  The program seeks to have all the participants gain the most important managerial skills and knowledge needed for acquiring supervisory or managerial posts.  Such program, as a whole, comprises the concept of success or failure when it comes to the responsibility of a manager. 

The Beneficiaries from the Program :
• Owners of institutions for private projects.
• General or executive managers.
• Department managers.
• Branch managers or admin units managers.
• Those who supervise work teams or projects.
• Anyone whom the institution seeks to qualify. 

How to Utilize the Program?
To ensure the highest benefit you have to read the detailed leaflet for each topic.  Most of the topics tackled in this program will concentrate on developing the skills and knowledge of the nominees regardless of what they do (commerce, industry, services, charity, semi-governmental) and regardless of their job posts (general managers, department managers, nominees to leading or supervisory posts).
